Verify flow sensors on site

Installed flow sensors should be verified on site from time to time, especially in clean rooms or in clean processes. This can be done with the SCHMIDT® Bluetooth® Verification Probe SS 20.450 can now be implemented in the simplest way. The SCHMIDT® flow sensor remains in place and the verification probe is easily attached to the flow sensor with the supplied metal clip. The verification probe has a self-sufficient power supply and can therefore be operated completely wirelessly for up to 8 hours. This enables a sensor check without removing it from the clean area and then having to clean it, which is time-consuming. The recorded data can be saved and further processed. With the market launch of the Softline refill, the Black Forest think tank is logically expanding its "Generation Soft" portfolio. With the objective of also being able to give ballpoint pens a particularly pleasant, soft writing feel, the company has launched a completely new refill development and has been able to implement a particularly successful coordination of wear-free tip and newly developed paste. Shorter process times with increased safety

The new guarding SCHMIDT® SmartGate is secured with automatic doors. The cycle time is optimized by opening and closing the doors quickly. The pressing process is only started when the doors are completely closed. Safety for Torque- and ServoPresses

During the development of the compact guarding SCHMIDT® SmartGuard, the focus was on ergonomics and protection at the workstation. The transparent guarding completely encloses the working area during the pressing process, effectively protecting the operator and third parties from reaching into the danger zone and from any ejected parts or splinters. Thanks to minimised distances to the work area, workstation can be significantly improved in terms of ergonomics and efficiency. The high dynamics of the NC-controlled protective bonnet and its variable positioning and stroke speed optimise the work cycle. With certain installations, there is a need to have an eye on the measured values ​​for volume flow and medium temperature on site at all times, but this is often not possible due to the given installation position with permanently integrated displays. This can now be realized very easily with the SCHMIDT® measured value display module MD 10.020. With the supplied cable, the display can be placed on site in such a way that the best possible readability is guaranteed. With the MD 10.020, the distance between the sensor and the display module can be increased to up to 30 m by using a longer cable.
