Particularly in cleanrooms or in clean processes, installed flow sensors should be verified on site from time to time. This can now be realised in the simplest way with the SCHMIDT® Bluetooth® Verification Probe SS 20.450.
The installed SCHMIDT® flow sensor remains in place while the Verification Probe is simply attached to it using the metal clip supplied. The Verification Probe has a self-sufficient power supply and can therefore be operated completely wirelessly for up to 8 hours.
This makes it possible to check the sensor without having to remove it from the clean area and then clean it at great expense. The system operator can now verify the sensor with his SCHMIDT® Sensor App installed on the mobile Android device, which displaysthe real-time measurements graphically on the smartphone or tablet and record the values (data logger function).
