Quick Coupler

The Quick Coupler for tools consists of two parts: a rigid adapter and a base holder for mounting in the ram. The Quick Coupler is attached to the base holder without any additional tools. A cylindrical pin helps to position and guide the quick coupler.

Force Limiter

The force limiter, in conjunction with the base holder, allows the pressing force to be limited and the spring stroke to be determined by combining disc springs. As an overload protection feature within this spring stroke, the workpieces are only subjected to the defined spring force. This application is particularly suitable for toggle presses, whose force output at bottom dead center can vary depending on the workpiece tolerances.

PartProtector Base Holder

Just a quarter turn of the bayonet fitting ensures a secure connection of the components while also allowing for quick release. The precise design of the connection technology allows for an alignment accuracy of ±0.01 mm without the need for tools.
