SCHMIDT® Mini-IL volume flow sensor
with integrated transducer
- Measurement of standard volume flow directly at the point of use (up to 8 bar gauge pressure)
- Low pressure drop
- Easy installation using standard tubing or push-in fittings for pneumatic hose connections
- Analog output, digital SCHMIDT® module interface, or Modbus (RTU)
- Ideal for measuring consumption and flow rates of gases, as well as for compressed air-powered tools and machines
The expert in industrial processes and compressed air technology
The new SCHMIDT® Mini-IL thermal flow sensor is the solution for demanding industrial applications. It can be used for a variety of applications, such as measuring compressed air consumption at end-users, monitoring gas consumption, and much more.
Thanks to the two connection sizes, DN8 and DN12, small flow rates in particular can be monitored. As standard, the Mini-IL is pressure-resistant up to 8 bar gauge pressure.
Installing the sensor is incredibly simple: screw the sensor into the supplied standard tubes or push-in fittings for pneumatic hose connections, connect the electrical wiring—and you’re done.
Because it operates on the thermal measurement principle, the sensor has no moving parts, so there is no mechanical wear, drift, or aging. This reduces the need for sensor maintenance.
