Generation of compressed air is a cost-intensive process. It is therefore worthwhile to optimize compressed air networks.

The precise and continuous analysis of the actual consumption of the compressed air system is the basis for system optimization. To this end, the operator must know the actual volume flows of the system, the distribution of compressed air on the network and ultimately the volume quantity in the rest (amount of leakage). By these data you can plan exactly where and what optimization measures must be carried out.

 

The solution is the use of flow sensors. All necessary data will be collected, like leakage rates, consumption and distribution to the various points of consumption (cost allocation). The maintenance intervals can thus be flexibly adapted to the actual system states.
