Honoring Long-Serving Employees 2025 at SCHMIDT Technology
Loyal employees were recognized for 10, 25, and 40 years of service.
December 1, 2025. The high level of loyalty among the SCHMIDT Technology workforce was particularly evident this year: A total of 22 employees were honored for their long-standing commitment to the company.
40 Years of Service
Frank Pietzker, Heiko Abelmann, Gerd Haas, Dirk Kuska, and Jürgen Schlenker were recognized for an impressive 40 years of service at SCHMIDT Technology. In addition to the company’s certificate of honor, they received congratulations from Thomas Albiez, CEO of the Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg), and a certificate of honor from the IHK Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg. A special honor was the presentation of a certificate of honor from the State of Baden-Württemberg by District Administrator Sven Hintersee, signed by Minister-President Winfried Kretschmann.
25 Years of Service
Thirteen employees were honored for 25 years of service: Petra Riedmüller, Richard Hofmann, Drazen Mesarek, Razija Nuhanovic, Olga Haak, Eduard Schweinfurt, Michael Koch, Christoph Waller, Tobias Brinkmann, Daniel Ruggiero, Friedrich Lehmann, Samir Kajtezovic, and Ralf Slembek.
As a token of appreciation, they each received an engraved wristwatch and company certificates presented by Managing Directors Oliver and Stephan Schmidt, a certificate of honor from the Black Forest-Baar-Heuberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) presented by Mr. Albiez, and thanks and a gift from the Mayor of Sankt Georgen, Mr. Michael Rieger.
10 Years of Service
Waldemar Haas, Viktor Kunz, Christof Kuss, and Christiane Krell were honored for ten years of loyal service to the company.
